Goliath Granulators

Goliath toothed roller granulators are characterised by their high performance and industrial suitability in plastics processing and recycling applications. These toothed roller granulators can always be operated economically when sprues and rejects, which previously had to be disposed of, are further processed into valuable regrind. This regrind is fed back into the injection moulding and extrusion applications in defined percentages in subsequent processes via volumetric or gravimetric metering units.

Goliath toothed roller granulators can be operated as stand-alone mills or integrated into granulate supply processes for injection moulding and extrusion lines. In the latter case, complete material supply systems consisting of granulators, extraction of the regrind to metering units and gravimetric mixing of this regrind with virgin material can be set up. Finally, the mixture of regrind and virgin material is fed back to the processing machines via a pneumatic conveyor.

With granulators of the Goliath series, high-quality materials can be directly recycled in the form of sprues and rejects. In this way, the plastics processor saves high costs for the disposal of valuable raw materials. With these mills, professional inline recycling can be implemented in plastics processing and a sustainable contribution to ecological and economic action can be made.
