Containers C-700 and C-1250

700 and 1250 litres containers for plastic granules

These large stainless steel containers round out Digicolor’s extensive line of bulk containers. All components and surfaces of Digicolor’s C-700 and C-1250 containers that come into contact with granules are made of stainless steel.

These container sizes are particularly suitable for storing larger quantities of granules. With a footprint of 1070 mm x 1070 mm, these stainless steel containers can be placed in almost any processing plant.

One or more suction nozzles with a connection diameter of 40 mm, 50 mm or 60 mm can be installed at the granulate outlet of the stainless steel container. These nozzles allow easy connection of a central granulate conveying system or a compact conveying system. The material separators or conveyors on granulate dryers, dosing units or machine hoppers on processing machines are then automatically fed via these connecting pieces.

An optional stainless steel filling grid supports the user when granulate containers, such as granulate bags, have to be placed on or drained from the container. The container can be easily locked by means of a hinged lid. Optionally, these containers can be equipped with an adaptation for a conveying device for automatic filling.

Digicolor containers of sizes C-700 and C-1250 are suitable for setting up granulate supply logistics in plastics processing plants. Together with granulate conveyor systems, central material supply systems for injection molding or extrusion plants can be realized. In addition, these material containers are used to store virgin and recycled pellets in the vicinity of large, gravimetric metering systems and pellet dryers. Suitable granulate conveying systems are used to feed the dosing stations and granulate drying systems.
