Container C-50

Digicolor offers a wide range of bulk containers. The Digicolor granulate container C-50 is characterized by the fact that all components and surfaces in contact with granules are made of stainless steel.

This container size is particularly suitable for storing small quantities of granules and additives as well as masterbatch. Due to its compact design and small footprint of approx. 390 mm x 410 mm, this small stainless steel container can be integrated into almost any machine workstation.

A suction nozzle is installed at the granulate outlet of the stainless steel container. This spigot allows the easy connection of a granulate conveying system or single conveying device. Automatic feeding of the metering hopper or the material separator or machine hopper on the processing machine then takes place via this path. Optionally, the granules or masterbatches can be removed manually.

In addition, this 50-liter container can be equipped with rollers. In this way, a mobile material container is obtained that can be used flexibly at a wide variety of locations in plastics processing. The stainless steel filling grid supports the user when granulate containers, e.g. bags or sacks, have to be placed or drained on the container. The container can be easily locked with the standard hinged lid with tension hook closure.

Digicolor’s granulate container C-50 can be used to set up complete granulate logistics for small material throughputs or the masterbatch supply of volumetric and gravimetric feeders.
