Gravimetric batch blenders DGS 0.5-XD allow maximum precision and reliability in producing granulate blends of virgin material, regrind, masterbatch and additives. Batch dosing units of this type can be installed centrally, next to the processing machine or on the machine. These batch blenders can be operated and monitored conveniently and expediently via manual control units. Once the dosing system has been set, the dosing process runs completely independently of the processing machine in automatic mode.
