The Mini Goliath granulator is the smallest toothed roller mill for grinding small plastic parts. This toothed roller millgranulator can be used to grind sprues and rejects with low dust levels. This cutting mill works particularly economically with high-quality, technical materials, such as glass-fibre reinforced plastics or low throughputs. The low design allows this small toothed roller mill to be used directly under the injection moulding machine.

The Mini Goliat slow speed granulator proves its worth in recycling processes in plastics processing thanks to its high performance and miniaturised design. This toothed roller mill can be operated economically whenever small sprues and rejects, which previously had to be disposed of, are processed into valuable regrind. This regrind can be fed into the downstream process via volumetric dosing devices or gravimetric blenders.

This toothed roller granulator can be operated as a stand-alone granulator or integrated into granulate supply processes for injection moulding and extrusion lines. In the latter case, complete material supply systems can be set up, consisting of a granulator, extraction of the regrind to dosing units and gravimetric mixing of this regrind with virgin material. Finally, the mixture of regrind and virgin material is fed back to the processing machines via a pneumatic conveying system.

High-quality materials in the form of sprues and rejects can be recycled directly and no longer have to be disposed of. This is how professional inline recycling in plastics processing is realised and a sustainable contribution to ecological and economic action is made.
