Automatic insertion tool for bulky parts, available as an option for Goliath Plus and Titan Plus granulators. The bulky parts are taken by special feeder blades on one or two additional shafts in the hopper, pre-shredded and pushed into the grinding chamber.
A permanent and safe feed of the grinding chamber is reached by changing the direction of rotation of the MASHER .
A programmable controller regulates the operation of the MASHER. The load of the granulator is monitored and the operational reliability is guaranteed.
The MASHER system enables you to recycle bulky defective parts next to the injection molding machine and thus restrict their awkward handling.
