Clean processing quality and high-quality surfaces enable the stocking of plastic granulates for technical end products – from automotive components, machine parts, electrical connection technology, electronic housings, white goods and packaging to medical plastic products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Digicolor offers a complete product programme consisting of stainless steel containers, starting at 50 litres volume up to 4.800 litres volume. The container programme is designed like a modular system. Depending on the respective application, the containers are equipped with suitable suction connections, sliders or adaptations for conveying equipment. On customer request, further functions can be integrated, such as hinged lids, level indicators or quick-release couplings for the suction connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The feed stations, so-called debagging stations, for granulate bags are particularly advantageous. These are equipped with hinged lids, gas struts and grids as standard and make daily work in material logistics easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As standard, bulk material containers at Digicolor are made of stainless steel. On request, some sizes are also available as aluminium containers. All bulk material containers and granulate containers can be equipped with suction connections in the nominal diameters customary in the market. This means that these containers can be integrated into all conceivable granulate supply systems in plastics processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bulk material containers from Digicolor are available as side containers, mobile daily containers or as an integral part of the material logistics of central granulate supply systems.
